Return and refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, whether it be because of a problem of size, or fit, or it is simply not the thing that you expected it to be, you have a period of 14 days to return the item, counting from the day that you received it. As soon as we receive the returned item, we shall reimburse you through the very same means of payment that you used to make the purchase. Below you will find detailed instructions on how to return a product.It is not possible to exchange one item for another different one in the same order. So, if you wish to change a product, please return the item that you do not want and when you have been reimbursed, please place a new order for the item that you want.Please remember that all returned items should be in an unused state and in the very same condition as that in which they were originally sent out to you.

Return of erroneus or blemished products

If erroneus or blemished products, we will reimburse you for the amount of money that you paid or we will replace the erroneous item for the one you had originally ordered from us without any additional cost to you.

Should you consider the item to be defective in any way, we will deal with your complaint in the same way. Whenever the item shows any kind of blemish or imperfection, we will refund the money or substitute the item for another one as soon as possible, always within 30 days of our confirming that the item will be replaced or refunded due to its having some kind of imperfection.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, indicating the order number and the items to be returned. Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
