Return of erroneus or blemished products
If erroneus or blemished products, we will reimburse you for the amount of money that you paid or we will replace the erroneous item for the one you had originally ordered from us without any additional cost to you.
Should you consider the item to be defective in any way, we will deal with your complaint in the same way. Whenever the item shows any kind of blemish or imperfection, we will refund the money or substitute the item for another one as soon as possible, always within 30 days of our confirming that the item will be replaced or refunded due to its having some kind of imperfection.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, indicating the order number and the items to be returned. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
